Yas Waterworld offers the ultimate water adventure where guests can enjoy rip-roaring rides, slithering slides, and amazing experiences at different thrill levels.
The client needed a complete lighting system to create dynamic effects throughout the park and highlight strategic locations. For this:
All parkwide Towers, including the Main Entrance Towers and the Roller Coaster Towers, were mapped with Cyclops Lighting RGB PixiDots. The pixel dots were controlled using Madrix Luna 16 DMX port network node in tandem with Madrix 5 Software Entry Key.
The Roller Coaster Launchpad was lit up with 2 x Flash 288 powerful LED wash.
The Underground Cave on the rapids was illuminated with CPX 218OP LED par and CPX 416OB LED wash bar.
The iconic Pearl was lit up with 4 x CPX 416OB and 2 x Flash 288.
To project logos into the Tornado Slide, Aquaray 500SBW hybrid spot, beam, wash moving head was installed.
The Local Majalis were illuminated using 4 x CPX 416OB and all existing windows were replaced with RGB LED strips.
All perimeter rocks and trees were color-washed using CPX 416OB and CPX 418OP.
The whole lighting system was controlled with 8 x W-DMX F2 white boxes by Wireless Solution, and Avolites T2 two universe DMX-to-USB interface was used to trigger the central control. A total of 1700 PixiDots were used across the park.
