Sucre, the well-known Latin-American restaurant hosted by Chef Fernando Trocca, landed in Dubai, DIFC. Featuring live DJs and music entertainment, the venue required a diversified audio installation to cater for the day to night transition.

K-array’s Python-KP52 and Kobra-KK52 passive speakers were selected for their unique performance-to-size ratio. In addition the KA34 amplifiers from the Kommander line were installed and the Q10 ultra-compact subwoofers were used to provide excellent music reproduction at lower frequencies.

The system was integrated through Symetrix Prism 4x4 along with the Control server allowing for the seamless control of the complete venue’s sound system via wireless control. the Symetrix Arc2E was also incorporated into the system as a secondary control. The DJ booths were connected to the system over Dante using Blustream DA11Au and DA11D Dante devices.
